It is supported by the <a href=\"https:\/\/imagilab.org\/\">Imagination Lab Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modern Jesters introduces the idea of clowning and the embodiment of the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcclown spirit\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 as an organisational process, as a means to instigate reflection on existing practices and promote creative thinking and innovation and to create working environments which can embrace change and transformation.
